Take a thick bottomed saucepan add ragi flour, brown sugar, milk and water. Mix it very well with out any lumps.

Now switch on the gas and stir it continuously till it became thick.Now add Ghee as required.

Mix it well. turn off the gas. Add dryfruits and service it.
