Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1chicken cut into chunks
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/4 tspground chilli
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken in your desired sizes. In a bowl mix the flour, salt and chilli.

  2. 2

    When the dry ingredients are all mixed up you can now take your chicken pieces add them to the flour mixture make sure every part of the chicken has flour.

  3. 3

    You can leave them there while you go and heat the cooking oil. When it's ready you can now dip your chicken pieces into the oil.

  4. 4

    While they are still frying turn them occasionally till they turn brown you can now remove the chicken and let it dry on absorbent paper.

  5. 5

    Your chicken pieces are now ready and you can serve with chips or roast potatoes and vegetables or kachumbari.
