Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3whole fish
  2. 1 cuppaste of onion ginger garlic
  3. 1tomato
  4. 100 gmpointed gourd
  5. 2Potatoes
  6. 1 tspcumin seed
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and gourd

  2. 2

    Now remove it and fry the fish

  3. 3

    In another pan add cumin seed bay leaf and fry

  4. 4

    Add paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Add Potatoes and pointed gourd mix well and add water

  7. 7

    Add fish and simmer till the fish is soft
