  • एक कप मक्के का आटा
  • एक कप हरी मेंथी
  • नमक
  • एक चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • एक चम्मच धनिया पावडर
  • 1/2चम्मच जीरा
  • 1/2अजवाइन
  • सेकने के लिए तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    विधि =सबसे पहले मक्के के आटे मे बारीक कटी मेथी और सारे मसाले मिक्स करके सोफ्ट गुंद ले और पराठे बनाकर तवा गरम करे और पराठा तवे पर डाले जब पराठा एक तरफ से पर जाये तो पलट दे और उसपर तेल लगाये इस तरह दोनो तरफ से सेक ले|
