Ingredients

  • 2लोगो के लिए
  • 1कप दाल
  • 1कप चावल
  • 1कप प्याज
  • 1कप टमाटर
  • 4हरी मिर्च
  • 1टुकडा अदरक
  • 2चम्मच जीरा
  • 1चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1चम्मच धनिया पावडर
  • 1चम्मच गरम मसाला
  • 1चुटकी हींग
  • 1चम्मच देशी धी
  • सजावट के लिए हरा धनिया

Steps

  1. 1

    विधि = सबसे पहले दाल को धो कर 1/2 धन्टे के लिए भिगो दे |1/2 धन्टे दाल को कुकर मे डाले और हल्दी पाउडर और नमक और 3कप पानी डालकर बन्द कर दे और मध्यम आंच पर उबलने रख दे 3सीटी आने पर गैस बन्द कर दे|

    तडका लगाने के लिए - कढाही गरम करे और उसमे तेल डाले तेल गरम होने के बाद उसमे जीरा भुने अब साबुत मिर्च, बारीक कटी प्याज टमाटर,वारीक कटी हरी मिर्च डाले और सबको अच्छे से मिक्स करे |अब लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पावडर डाल कर मिक्स करे जब सारे मसाले मिक्स हो जाए और तेल मसाले से अलग होने लगे तब उसमे दाल मिक्स करे और 2मिनिट बाद गैस बन्द कर दे और गरम मसाला डाल कर मिक्स करे दाल तैयार है हरा धनिया डाल कर गरमागरम परोसे |

    चावल के लिए = चावल धो कर 1/2 घंटे के लिए भिगो दे| 1/2 बाद कुकर हरम करे और उसमे धी डाले धी गरम होने के बाद उसमे जीरा डालकर भुने फिर जीरा भुनने के बाद चावल डाले और नमक डालकर कुकर बन्द कर दे और 2 सीटी आने के बाद गैस बन्द कर दे | जीरे बाले चावल तैयार है |

    सलाद के लिए = गाजर, मुली,टमाटर, चुकन्दर, नींबू का इस्तेमाल करे|
