For ugali...put the water in a pan and put on the fire to boil, once the water starts bubbling, add the flour as you stir, continue until the mixture in not too hard not soft and all the flour had dissolved into the water, reduce the cooking flame, cover and let it cook for 15 minutes, keep stirring until ready, the aroma will indicated readiness.

Preheat oven to 200℃

Slice the chicken in to big slices, plan in baking tray, sprinkle salt. Toss into the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until ready.

Serve with kachumbari or garnish with tomatoes and capsicums.
