Parboil the white rice

Sieve it out and set aside

Put your vegetable oil add onions, tomatoes, spices allow to boil add your fish.

Add the parboiled rice to the stew and lower the heat to avoid it from burning..

Allow it to boil for sometime and bring it down for consumption.
