to tasteSalt
1gorget
1medium sliced onion
1medium sliced tomato
Corriander
Greens of your choice (I used 1 bunch kales,1 bunch spinach)

Fry your sliced onions till golden brown

Add in your potatoes and yams,gorget,tomato,salt to taste,cook till ready

Then add your greens and coriander and cook under low heat till ready
