Peel and wash your yam, cut in small Chucks put water on the fire add salt put the yams and cook. Slice the green pepper, red pepper and onions, sieve the flour add salt, set aside.

Break the eggs add the sliced vegetables add curry, themy, stock cube, salt and whisk, the yam is done, put the oil on the fire, when cool take a piece of the yam deep it in the flour set aside, repeat the process, then deep it the egg mixture and fry.

Repeat the process till all is done, your yam piccata is ready.
