Steps

First take big bowl with water then Peel all patotoes & divide in 2 parts with knife in a bowl.

Grate ginger garlic & keep aside.

Add patotoes pieces in a pan mix well.

Grate all onions & keep aside.

Heat the pan add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds in it.

Add bay leaf & grated ginger garlic paste & saute for a minute.

Add grated onion & saute till golden brown.

Now add all spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corrainder powder & saute for a minute.

Don't chopped patotoes only give mark in patotoes anywhere 2 or 3 times through knife.

Now cover the lid for few minutes & let them cook in low flame.

Cook till patotoes become soft.

Add salt & garam masala in it.

Cooked well in low flame.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Chapati or Paratha.
