Chop onion and garlic, and make pure of tomato, kajus, green chilli and ginger..And make methi soft witha help of boiling water..And boiled matar also..

Now Put kadhai on flame,add jeera and saute onion and garlic..Than add pure in it..After that add masalas in it..After that add matar and methi in it..After 5 min add creme or malai and some water to prepare it.. Make it on low flame..U can have it parantha,chapati or puri..
