6 servings
  1. 500 gramflour
  2. 3egg
  3. 100 ccwater
  4. 5 spoonvegetable oil
  5. 4 clovesgarlic ground
  6. 4red onion ground
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 3000 cchot water
  9. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  10. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  11. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce

  1. 1

    Mix first 7 ingredients together add water little by little until you can form a dough. Split it into 6 equal parts... start with with your noodle tool from thick to thinnest.

    Then cut very small noddle... while using the tools add sprinkle tapioka flour on noodle...

  3. 3

    Boils water, put last three in a bowl then put noodle in boiling water. A few second pull it out... dont over cook it...

  4. 4

    Put noodle in a bowl with 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Mix them throughly...

This only the thin noodle that looks like bakmi gajah mada. The topping n soup i will post at other recipe of mine...
