Ingredients

  • 1prepared 9 inch Graham cracker crumb crust
  • 2/3 cupevaporated fat free milk
  • 1 pkgfat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1large egg
  • 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1 tspgrated lemon peel
  • 1 1/2-2 cupshalved fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbspstrawberry jelly, warmed

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. 2

    Place evaporated milk, cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and lemon peel in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust.

  3. 3

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Arrange strawberries on top of pie, drizzle with jelly. Refrigerate well before serving.
