Ingredients

microwave
  • 1 cancondensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3 cupshot cooked rotini pasta (2 cups uncooked)
  • 1 cantuna packed in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 1/3 cupsFrench's French fried onions, divided
  • 1 packagefrozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan cheese

    Combine soup and milk in 2 quart microwavable shallow casserole. Stir in pasta, tuna, 2/3 cup French fried onions, vegetables and cheese. Cover; microwave on high 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave 1 minute or until onions are golden.
