Cut all the vegetables in small to medium pieces.cut brinjal in x position for filling.

Cut into small pieces of coriander leaves and green garlic now add all spices like ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi and sugar and oil.

Fill brinjal with filling. Now put pan on the stove. Put 2 to 3 tspoon oil, add hing put some water. Now put papdi with filling because it takes time for cooking.

After 2 to 3 minutes put brinjal with filling. After five minutes put all veggies with filling.

Now cook on slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with puri or bhakhri.
