In a bowl put flour,salt to taste and water then make a firm dough,keep it aside

To the raw mince put dhana jeera,cinnamon,black pepper, jumbo,red chilli powder, green chilli and garlic ginger paste.mix thoughrally using hands and cook the mixture

Once cooked.remove it from the pot,put it in a bowl add onion and carrot and mix using a spoon and let it cool.make the samosa wraps and make the samosas
