Ingredients

  1. For the dough
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Water as required
  5. 250 gbeef or goat mince meat
  6. 1onion finely chopped
  7. 1medium carrot grated
  8. Green chilli (optional)
  9. Red chilli powder (optional)
  10. 1jumbo or royco cubes
  11. 1 pinchblack pepper powder
  12. 1/2 tspdhana jeera
  13. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  14. 1tbsn garlic ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put flour,salt to taste and water then make a firm dough,keep it aside

  2. 2

    To the raw mince put dhana jeera,cinnamon,black pepper, jumbo,red chilli powder, green chilli and garlic ginger paste.mix thoughrally using hands and cook the mixture

  3. 3

    Once cooked.remove it from the pot,put it in a bowl add onion and carrot and mix using a spoon and let it cool.make the samosa wraps and make the samosas
