Potato mashed in bowl, add grated cheese, bread crumbs, salt,chilli flakes mix and make it dough.

For half hour put dough in fridge.

Now bring dough. Cut in equal size. Now cover with cornflour slurry and coat bread crumbs &deep fry it.

Now ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
