Carrot spaghetti jollof with sardines
For the love of spaghetti.
Steps

Cut spaghetti into desired size and pour in boiling water

Perboil and Drain the water and set aside
- 3
Add a little water in tomatoes, pepper and mix with diced onion
- 4
Heat soya oil, pour tomatoes paste and fry for a while
- 5
Mix seasoning cubes, crayfish, grated garlic and ginger inside the frying pan and stir awhile
- 6
Add water and salt, turn inside pot and allow to simmer for some time
- 7
Pour the spaghetti into the pot and stir it. Check water and taste. Cover the pot
- 8
Allow to cook for like 3mins and sprinkle diced carrots inside, continue cooking until its soft
- 9
Pour sardines into the pot and simmer until the water its remaining small
- 10
Stir and serve 😋
