Came upon a different recipes for celery soup and just spinned it into my own. I make this abot once a week. Its cheap and easy to make. Tastes great!!!!

Came upon a different recipes for celery soup and just spinned it into my own. I make this abot once a week. Its cheap and easy to make. Tastes great!!!!
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil and butter over low heat
- 2
Add chopped celery, baby carrots, chopped garlic and onion and cover over low heat stirring occasionally until soft.

When soft, add chicken stock, cumin, dried parsley, adobo (or salt) , pepper, paprika and simmer abiut 15-20 min.

Let pan and contents cool down for a good 20min.

Once cooled down, put entire pan into blender and blend... (you may have to do half pan at a time because it probably will not all be able to fit.)

Add 2/3 cup of milk after its blended and store into tuperware or serve immediately.
