I try to make healthy quick pescatarian meals.

Ingredients

  1. 13.25 ozwhole grain elbow macaroni
  2. 2 cansalbacora tuna in water drained 8oz
  3. 3 tbsmayo
  4. 2 tbslemon juice
  5. 3 tbssweet relish
  6. 1 cansmall sweet peas 8.5oz
  7. 3 tbssalt
  8. 3 tbspepper

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Boil noodles 6 minutes or until al dente

  2. 2

    Rinse with cold water

  3. 3

    Drain water from tuna

  4. 4

    Mix macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    Serve immediately or refrigarate.
