Ingredients

  1. Layer-1
  2. 2 packetsdigestive biscuits
  3. 1 cupmelted butter
  4. For rabri ---
  5. 500 ml.milk
  6. 2 tbspsugar
  7. 2 tbsprice flour
  8. 1 packrabri
  9. For Rabri phirni---
  10. 1/2 cup milkmaid
  11. 1/2 cupcurd
  12. Cardmon powder
  13. Second layer---
  14. 1/2 cup of rabri phirni
  15. 3 dropspista milk mix
  16. 7-8rasgulla
  17. For 3rd layer---
  18. Remaining phirni
  19. Saffron strands soaked in milk
  20. Whipped cream
  21. Fruits for garnish

Steps

    Crush biscuits and add melted butter

  2. 2

    Mix them finely

  3. 3

    Take loose bottom pan and transfer biscuit mix in it and press with fingers or bowl

  4. 4

    Keep in freeze for set

  5. 5

    For rabri ---

  6. 6

    Take milk and add rabri mix in it and boil it

  7. 7

    Stir continuously then add rice flour and cook

  8. 8

    Add Cardmon powder and essence

  9. 9

    Then take mixi and add curd and milkmaid and blend it finely

  10. 10

    Divide it in two parts

  11. 11

    For 2nd layer--

  12. 12

    Take 1 part of it and add pista mix

  13. 13

    Stir and mix finely

  14. 14

    Pour it upon biscuit layer and bake it for 10 min.at 180 degree

  15. 15

    For 3rd layer---

  16. 16

    Take out mould from oven
    Take remaining phirni and add soaked saffron

  17. 17

    Arrange rasgulla on pista layer

  18. 18

    Cover it with saffron mix

  19. 19

    And bake again for 10 min.

    When it ready Let it cool

    Our phirni cheesecake is ready

  22. 22

    Cool it in freeze

  23. 23

    Take whipped cream and garnish it as desired with cream and fruits
