Apple is a healthy fruit .It contains lot of vitamins , iron & calcium .
Steps

Peel of the outer layer of apples & cut in cubes.

Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the apple pieces till they become little brown.

Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

In a grinder,add cashews & tomatoes. Grind it to a smooth paste.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan. Add cinnamon sticks & whole dry red chilli,cook on the low flame till aroma smells.

Add chopped onions till they become little brown.

Add turmeric powder & saute for few seconds.Now add chopped capsicum,salt,red chilli powder &sugar.Saute for few seconds.

Add tomato cashew puree in it.mix well.Add fresh cream in it.

Mix well.Add garam masala & fried apples.Mix well & cook on the low flame for few seconds.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati or naan.
