Ingredients

  • 500 gmpotatoes
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 2onion
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1 cupchopped carrot
  • 1 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1 cupchopped cabbage or cauliflower
  • 1small beat(not use this time but good to give perfect colour)
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspasafoetida
  • 2 tsppavbhaji masala(I like Everest)
  • 3 tspbutter
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled alll veggies and smashed it

  2. 2

    Now in pan on medium flame take butter, once start melting add seeds and asafoetida

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste roast little then onion cook till brown

  4. 4

    Add spices and salt then smashed veggies

  5. 5

    Cook well and garnish with coriander
