Ingredients

  • 250 gmMaida
  • 1/2 cupBeetroot juice
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 2 tspOil
  • For filling__
  • 1/2 cupCabbage chopped
  • 2 tspCarrot chopped
  • 2 tspCapsicum chopped
  • 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  • 1 tspGarlic chopped
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tspWhite veniger
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspOrigeno
  • 2 tspPaneer
  • 1 tspCorn flour

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    In a heat pan put oil,let it Heat.

  2. 2

    Put garlic saute it.

  3. 3

    Add all veggies, paneer.stir it.

  4. 4

    Add all remaining things.mix it well.cook it 2 miniutes.

  5. 5

    Keep it.a side.

  6. 6

    In a bowl add, flour,oil,salt,juice mix it.knead it.if water required add some water.

  7. 7

    Make small balls from this dough.roll it out thin with the help of rolling pin.

  8. 8

    Fill prepared mixture in it.

  9. 9

    Make some plated in front of Momo's.

  10. 10

    Now keep it in a steamer for 10 mimiutes.

  11. 11

    Remove it from the steamer.

  12. 12

    Serve it hot_ hot with spicy chuteny.
