Steps

Heat up the oil in a pan.add small pieces of onion and green chilli and roast it at medium flame.

After 3 minutes add eggs in it and stirr them well.now add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper according to your taste.

Turn off the flame add chat masala,lemon juice and coriander leaves in it

Egg bhuji is ready to eat.
