Take the cork out the middle of the mushrooms

Next cut off the amount of Cheese you need.

Also the amount of sausage meat you need. Or you can use 3 sausages and take the skin off

Cut off 3 square pieces of tin foil. Put the Mushrooms on each one.

Add the sausage meat first to each one and the cheese

Add the pepper

Now wrap the mushrooms loosely around the mushroom
- 8
Add them on a tray on medium to high. 200C oven heat for 30 minute's.

When you take them out of the oven and out of the tin foil just add them to a dry frying pan just to brown the underneath of the mushrooms

Cooked then add to a serving dish
