Steps

Put besan,oil,salt,kasoori methi and chilli powder in a mixing bowl add some water and make a dough.

Roll the dough for steam,and steam it.

After steam the gatta cut into pieces.

Heat ghee in a wok add cumin when crackle add onion paste and saute it.

Now add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree and all dry spices cook till leave the oil

Add malai and water and boiled it.

Switchoff the gas add kasoori methi and gatta and cover for 5 minutes.

Add green coriander and serve hot.
