Cut cauliflower,carrot,and beans into medium pieces and boil in water with salt.don't overcook them.

Drain and keep aside.

In a pan add ghee/butter.slightly roast maida till light brown.

Slowly add milk so no lumps r formed and stir continuously.once normal consistency is achieved add salt sugar pepper.

Layer the bolied vegetables and pineapple and pour the mixture.

Put grated cheese on top and bake in already heated oven.at 200 degrees for 20-25 min till cheese turns brown.
