Some tomatoes
1onion
Kales/sukuma
Some cooking oil
1little salt
1royco cube
Cooked Ugali

Boiled the water till hot. The wash omena. If you have fresh ones you can wash with warm water.

Then drain water and place your omena in a dry sufuria to to dry.

Add little oil to fry till brown
4

Add onions then tomatoes and salt
5

Add little water as soup then add royco cube. Cook for 2mins.
6

Serve with Ugali and kales
