Wash cow tail thoroughly, use knife and scrape out the dirt out then wash again

Add cow tail to pot, add a good some of water and cook for 2hours do not add spices

After cooking for too hours touch cow tail to see if it's soft enough. If it is add blended scotch bonnet mixture with garlic, seasoning, spices, chopped onions, cloves and dried ginger

Cook again for atleast an hour, make sure cow tail is soft enough then serve😍

You can eat with bread, rice cake(masa) sinasir/pankaso.
