Ingredients

  1. 1.5 litreFullCream milk
  2. Dry fruits
  3. 1 kgCarrot
  4. 200 gmSugar
  5. 50 gmGhee
  6. 1/2 tbsElaichi powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 lt milk in a vessle and boil on high flame. After fully boiling keep flame low.Stir continuously.

    Add kesar, dry fruits and 2tbsp sugar. Boil milk until it becomes 250 ml. After that take it out. Rabri is ready

    Take carrot. Wash properly and then grate it.

    Heat ghee in a kadahi. Add grated carrot and cook it on medium flame.cook properly. Add milk, dry fruits, sugar and elaichi powder.

    After properly cooking take it out in a bowl. Gajar halwa is ready

    Now take halwa in a plate and spread nicely.

    Draw outline of logo of cookpad and cut accordingly

    Now, fill the logo are with Rabri

  9. 9
