Steps

Peel carrots and grate them. Add grate carrots and milk in cooker and pressure cook till a whistle

Now transfer the content to deep bottom pan and left it cook at low flame until milk is absorbed completely

Then add sugar and mix well let the water of it dry completely and then add ghee and cardamon powder

Give a good mix add khoya mix well and serve it hot with sprinkle of chopped nuts
