In hot oil put onions and cook till golden brown, then add garlic cook for a while then add the kales,and let it be for sometime. Make sure they retain their crunchiness...add a little salt

On another pot add onions to oil.Before they turn brown add garlic also and bell paper.. add tomatoes and cook until they are paste like.Then add the chopped beef. Cover and let it cook..

Add enough salt and your preferred spicing if you so wish. Serve with accompaniment of your choice...rice,ugali,or chapo
