Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 3/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the above ingredients and mix. Make a sticky dough.

    Smear flour on baking flour. Knead again and divide into 6

    Roll into flat doughs

    Rub oil on top of a dough and place another on top. Do the same for the rest. Roll it again to make it flatter

    In a nonstick frying fan. Fry the dough in low heat until done. Divide it into 4 equal size and remove each layer of the dough separately

    Make your samosa cover and fill up with 1 tablespoon of samosa filling.
