Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgshalgm(turnip)
  2. 1big chopped onion
  3. 1Big chopped tomato
  4. 5-6curry leaves
  5. As neededCoriander leaves
  6. 2 tbspghee
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. To tasteRed chilli powder
  9. Very small piece jaggery
  10. As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil shalgm with jaggery.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add Finely chopped onion and tomato saute well.

  3. 3

    Add all spices, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add boil shalgam and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with chapati.
