Hariyali kofta in white gravy

Mix salt,garam masala,mashed potato,paneer,spinach and gram flour together

Make small balls from it and deep fry in oil

Boil peeled onion and garlic in cooker with 1/2 cup water

Grind into a smooth paste when it is cooled completely

Heat clarified butter in a wok and add green chilli

Add whole spices

Saute onion paste on low flame

Colour of onion should not change

Add cream and milk

Cook until the gravy turn thick

Add salt,black pepper and sugar

Switch off the flame

Take out the gravy in serving bowl and add kofta

Serve with naan or rice.
