Ingredients

  1. 250g-all purpose flour
  2. 160g-sugar
  3. 175g-margarine
  4. 4-eggs
  5. 1tsp-baking powder
  6. 1/2tsp-vanilla essence

Steps

    Weigh all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Preheat your oven to 180°

  3. 3

    Prepare the cupcake cases on the cupcakes baking tray

  4. 4

    Cream sugar and margarine together till creamy and fluffy

  5. 5

    Add eggs one at a time and beat

  6. 6

    Add vanilla essence and beat again

  7. 7

    Fold in the flour till well combined

  8. 8

    Pour one spoonful of the batter on the cupcake cases on the cupcakes baking tray

  9. 9

    Bake for 15_20 minutes
