Detached leaves from stem, wash, boil with little water and potassium for 5-7mins. Blend and keep aside.

In a pan, add palm oil, blended pepper paste, spices, seasonings and saute, add washed fish and let it cook. Add fish sauce to ewedu and serve hot with swallow of choice, but my favourite is Amala dudu.
