Blend/chop tomatoes, onions and attaruhu,add seasonings and fry with palm oil,add little water,add washed pomo,grind cray fish,cooked meat,and egusi,let it summer for few minutes u add the ugu leaf,when soft u off the fire and serve with semo.

Boil water in a pot,add semo paste(semo + cold water) and stir,allow to cook, add semo gradually and continue to stir until its thick enough, allow to summer then serve.
