Steps

Cream butter and sugar until sugar has dissolved

Add 4 egg yolks and 2 eggs, mix well

Add the flour and mix well until a dough is formed,
Refrigerate the dough for about 30 min or until you can work the dough - 4
Whisk the remaining eggs with 120g sugar
Add the cornflour and mix well - 5
Heat milk and add to the egg mixture
cook on low heat until thick - 6
Leave to cool

Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick.
Cut 2 circles the size of the pan - 8
Place 1 circle of dough at the bottom of the pan, add the cooled cream over the dough and cover with the other circle of dough.

Brush the top with beaten egg yolk

Bake at 190C for 35-40 mins.
