Warm the milk slightly add sugar to it dissolve it.... In lukewarm milk add yeast and keep in warm place to let yeast rise

Take maida in a bowl, add salt, butter and raised yeast milk.. Bind it to a dough.... If needed add water to bind the dough

Keep this dough for 1-1.5 hrs to rise or till it doubles in size

Then divide the dough into 4 portions take 1 portion roll it in long roti...

On this roti spread pizza sauce, seasoning, chilli flakes, parsley and grated cheese.... Cut this in long strips

Fold these strips into rolls and top it with some garlic butter, parsley and chilli flakes,, arrange on a baking tray, leave for 1 hr..

Heat the oven at 180 degree... Place the tray in the oven bake the rolls for 20-25minutes then they are ready to serve

Serve hot...
