Add the sugar in the butter

Cream till fluffy, add the dessicated coconut

Add the eggs and vanilla flavor and mix

Sift in the flour, custard, baking powder and baking soda and mix slowly

Add in the chocolate chips

Mix carefully (DO NOT OVER MIX)

Roll and cut into desired shape and bake for 10 mins in 180°c
- 8
Allow to cool and serve, you can store in an airtight container
