In a deep vessel add ghee... And roast the siveya... Till golden add rice to it... And fry 2 min

Add khoya... When it melt add milk... Allow it to boil... Check.. The rice is done or not.. When rice and seveya... Cook.. Add sugar... CARDAMOM POWDER.. Coconuts... Roasted dry fruits...

When the Kheer became.. Little thick in consistency... It is done... Remove from the flame... Garnish with.. Dry fruits and serve
