Ingredients

  1. 3large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 pintheavy cream
  3. 1/4 cupwhite wine
  4. 1/3 cupchicken broth
  5. 12 ozfresh spinach
  6. 6 ozany bella mushrooms
  7. 2 tbspsundried tomatoes packed in oil
  8. Black pepper, garlic salt, red pepper flakes
  9. Chopped garlic (to taste)
  10. 1/4 cupgrated good Romano or parmigiana cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Slice chicken in half and brown in olive oil. Remove to a plate to keep warm.

    Add mushrooms and brown

    Add wine to deglaze pan. Then add garlic, pepper flakes, black pepper, chicken broth and sundried tomatoes.

    Add in spinach and garlic salt.

    Cook down spinach until wilted. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

    Add chicken back in and simmer until chicken is cooked through. About 10 minutes. Stir in grated cheese.

    Add cooked linguine and toss.
