Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds

Add peanuts and chana dal, saute until golden brown

Add urad dal and saute until golden brown

Add green chillies, hing,curry leaves, Ginger paste and dry red chilli,saute for few seconds

Add raw mango, turmeric and salt. Cook for 2 minutes until raw mangoes are done. The quantity of raw mango can be increased or decreased depending on it's sourness

Add coconut and roast until golden brown

Add rice and gently mix without breaking the grains. Rice should be well coated with mango seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off. Serve hot
