1shallot -chopped
1garlic clove - minced
1 teaspoonsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3 ozolive oil
2 ozfresh dill
Lemon zest for taste

Gradually add olive oil, allowing oil to infuse with the lemon mixture. Then add dill blend into for another 15 - 20 sec until dill is mixed in
