2 servings
  • 2 ozlemon juice
  • 1shallot -chopped
  • 1garlic clove - minced
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 3 ozolive oil
  • 2 ozfresh dill
  • Lemon zest for taste

Steps

    Mise en place all ingredients

    Blend shallots, lemon juice, garlic, sugar until emulsified

  3. 3

    Gradually add olive oil, allowing oil to infuse with the lemon mixture. Then add dill blend into for another 15 - 20 sec until dill is mixed in

  4. 4

    Add lemon zest for additional taste for your desire
