Fried rice with gravy

Take mixer and add tomato, spices like(turmeric, coriander, red chilli, bhuna masala), salt, Green chilli, garlic, 1onion, malai and curd. And grind them properly.

Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil and then add jeera and hing. Then add the tomato mixture in it. Cook it for 10 minutes. Your gravy is ready.

Take a pan and add oil, jeera, teej leaves and big Elachai. Let the pan be warm. Then add salt onion, beans, carrot, peas, Green chilli and ajinomoto.

Mix and fry it for 5 minutes. Then add rice in it. Mix it for 5 minutes. Then add spring onion and garam masala. Mix it again.

Now, your fried rice and gravy is ready to eat. Serve it with green chilli.
