300 mlFull fat milk
2 tspsugar
2small cardamom
Petals for garnising

Boil full fat milk add sugar and crushed cardamom and place on a terrace or balcony overnight.

Next morning whisked with wooden beater. Puff comes up.

Like this way whisk till milk remain 1/2cup. Garnish with fresh petals
