Besan Ka sheera

In a pan take ghee, add besan to it & slowly roast it on low flame till the mixture changes colour & releases aroma, say for about 15-20 mins.

Then add sugar and again cook on low flame for another 15 mins till sugar melts, then add 2 tbsp milk & stir continuously for another 10 mins.

Note the consistency of this halwa is a little loose, but it thickens gradually.

Switch off the gas, serve hot.
