Take a pan put oil add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, sounf then add onions after it turns golden brown add coriander leaves then add turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder salt to taste then add jaggery and mix well add some water and cover pan and let it cook fir 1 min. Then add besan and then cover the pan and let it cook for another 2-3 min. Or untill besan has cooked Then mix well and serve.
